Mental health support delivered by qualified professionals

HWSS services focus on what research and clinical experience show helps people recover from mental health conditions. This includes building practical skills, managing symptoms, creating structure and routine, connecting with others, accessing therapeutic interventions, and developing understanding of your own mental health patterns.
NDIS 1:1 Support
Individual sessions with mental health professionals. Support focuses on practical areas like managing daily routines, building coping strategies, navigating social situations, and working toward goals that matter to you. Sessions happen in your home, in the community, or a combination depending on what you're working on.
Recovery Coaching
Recovery Coaches work with you to build stability when mental health feels unpredictable. This includes establishing routines that hold up during difficult periods, recognising early warning signs of worsening symptoms, and developing strategies to manage triggers. Coaching is practical and focused on everyday functioning.
Therapeutic Supports
Clinical therapy delivered by registered Social Workers, Psychologists, and Occupational Therapists. Therapeutic interventions use evidence-based approaches for trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation difficulties, and other complex mental health presentations.
Group Programs & Retreats
Facilitated groups in Melbourne and multi-day retreats in regional Victoria. Programs use creative activities, outdoor experiences, mindfulness practices, and peer discussion to support wellbeing and reduce isolation.
